How much would u charge?

How much would u charge for the following:

Tile en-suite bathroom walls, shower cubicle and floor.

Floor - Remove toilet and sink. Ply floor (12mm) and prime. Fix tiles and grout. Area = 3.5m2

Shower - Prime walls, fix ceramic tiles/travertine border, grout and seal. Area = 6m2 (White Star)

Walls - Remove radiator, skirting boards from walls and box section. Fix ply to box section and prime. Fix ceramic tiles/travertine border to walls (using BAL White Star) and box section, with trim, then grout. Seal border. Area = 8m

There are 5 3-way mitres to do with the trim.

Oh, and the floor is being done in a diamond pattern, customer is supplying tiles.
