The worst of it all is that its a floating floor and the chip board that is down isnt even locked togeather with the toungue and grooves it is just odds and ends thrown down with inch gaps between the boards, some of the gaps is filled with carpet and it looks like the boxes the tiles came in was recycled and used as packers under the corner of the tiles I dont know weather to cry or run lol

Good luck peckers, I always stick a 'I haven't got x ray eyes' type of clause in my quotes for things like this.

right then an update for you!

I ended up ripping out the chipboard flooring which was just odds and ends thrown down, they weren't even fitted togeather by the toungue and grooves, there was inch gaps between them! I have replaced these with new ones all fitted lovely, I have overplyed with 18mm wbp ply screwed down at 200mm centres as rigid as a rigid thing now!! i have painted the ceiling i coat painted the walls 2xcoats and undercoated and glossed woodwork, have applied acrylic primer to wbp ply and granfix wet room system to bath/shower area walls to be tiled!
Tommorrow i will tile the walls and floor, tuesday i will grout and silicone and then fitt the vanity unit and worktop ready for the plumber to fitt the sink and toilet and then on wednesday i will re- hang the doors and put in the hardwood threshold and put up shower screen and accessories etc jobs a gooden!
Im glad my next customers diddnt mind me being a couple of days late, i deserve a after this job I will now be playing catch up for the next job too!!
