For years I would have said my washboy...... but now I just love those wedge shaped spacers.

What's your favourite thing that just makes things a little easier?
For years I would have said my washboy...... but now I just love those wedge shaped spacers.
Really I started this thread hoping to discover something handy that I'd never thought about before!

How about this for a weird one.... A stanley putty knife.oh boy never away from me tiling.scraping around tiles.pushing more addy in at corners.lifting tiles.brilliant and well made.good stuff stanley.

yes,the 365 drills aswell.
Fein Multimaster is a good tool but bits are rather pricey imo.

my burta grout cleaning machine, it saves my knees,and it's therapeutic just going up and down ,getting cleaner and cleaner

not the most important tool but I am so glad I brought a pack of 100 'stanley knife blades', (fiver from trade Tiler) kept me going for a couple of years now and still good for a couple more

Lol i am still using blades from Tradetiler which i bought a while back...and i have lots of Stanley knives

same here, to me the stanly blade is a major tool for my mosaic cutting i use load's of blades in a year,i buy mine off the sunday marcket

Angle Grinder with a Turbo diamond cutting blade. Flex is what we call them this side of the water.

another handy gadget, that I've never heard mentioned on TF is a "small tool" (calm down Wivs) often called a craft tool, great for flicking out those spacers that snap off when you're trying to take them out, scraping addy that's oozed through joints, getting grout into those really awkward paces

I got a dewalt vacume this year DC500 it good for getting the dust up before tiling and at the end of the day.It runs well on my drill batts the lead could do with being a bit longer but i would not be without it now

300mm steel rule ,also use it to clean addy away from edges/excess inbetween tiles
my 24ltr washboy ,with tradetiler semented floaty spongy
