    Default Well I've started

    so I'd better finish

Just started to tile the wetroom with travertine. First large natural stone tile job I've done about the house. These took 7Kg of BAL SPF (plus 2ltrs water). Does this sound to much for the amount of tiles? I'm using an 8mm trowel at a slight angle

I didn't want to use the rapid set until I got more experience and quicker at fixing these 305 x 457 babies

To the experienced eye does it look OK sofar (although there's not much to look at )

looks spot on mate good cuts left for the top and bottom and sides -8mm trowel is fine or 10mm i would use as long as the adhesive isnt to runny or dry then all seems about right keep up the good work post some pics when your done!

It is but it will be painted and a trav skirting around the bottom. The wet bit is in the left corner. The concealed iBox is for the freestanding bath

Cheers. The adhesive is mixed to BAL recommendations (3.5:1) so should be as designed
