    Talking new to here

    Hello people, been a tiler for 3 years now, been out of it for a year as i gotta job offer i cudnt refuse. Redundant now tho lol!!
    Put my free add in yell and had 3 calls today already so lookin good. I am working and advise anyone whos starting not to quit there jobs to start out. Work as well until you feel confident enough you can make a good living. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. So thats me and my opinion,

    Hello yes I agree with you.

    2010 looks positive. We do 15 road shows a year attending all the big exhibitions like Grand Designs, Installer Live, Homebuilding & Renovation, Ideal Home Show and the one thing cropping up is that people want to spend on projects to increase the value of their existing property.

    They are looking to add value and with a poor return on savings plus a poor exchange rate on the Euro making trips abroad expensive the logical conclusion for many is to either do up the kitchen or bathroom, add an extension or convert the loft.

    We may be in the best industry! (Wouldn't fancy being in the travel industry or a mortgage adviser right now)
