Tile sizes
Did some tiling recently - 450mm square tiles, but some of the tiles varied in size by up to 2mm.
Will there be slight variation in tile sizes in ALL tiles or does it depend on the price/quality of the tiles chosen? What I am asking is, if you break the bank and buy tiles at, say, £70 per square metre, will you still get this problem or will they ALL be uniform?
Cheers

Gresluna Porcelanico, Yin Yang in Slate grey. Just wondered if it was a common problem or just with the cheaper tiles

Re: Tile sizes
it is a common problem with tiles from diy stores, but it rarely happens when purchased from proper tile sheds,i do say rarely as it does happen from time to time, i remember topps doing tiles and they where different sizes from different colours i.e the black tile was 297mm2 and the white was 299mm2 and they displayed them chessboard layout so when customers bought them for that pattern is was a nightmare
