Default wax on or wax off ?

Hi all my 1st post and hope I've got it in the right place. I am looking for advice about polished porcelain. After reading posts about removing the wax I was wondering what is the best way to proceed. Do I remove the wax before laying,do I leave it till after laying and remove before grouting or remove after grouting and then seal. Cheers.
