Re: Best product to bullnose
It would depends what you are bullnosing. Travertine is quite easy to do. I had it dropped on me once when tiling a step that 5 pieces of Trav were supposed to be bullnosed after they were fixed. A range of angle grinders and a belt sander was used. it produced a very passable finish.
If i were doing a lot of stone work then i guess a profiling wheel attatched to the DW24000 would be most cost effective. But the ideal tool woould be found here

Re: Best product to bullnose
the tiler in the video does get a nice bull nosed edge with that bull nose wheel ,he will still have to polish the bull nose with an edge polisher ask yourself how many times have you been asked to bullnose an edge of a tile I cant think of more than once in over 22years and I was working for marble company for 2 1/2 years, vanity tops are often bull nosed or ogee profiled but you can buy special wheels for your grinder to do this

Re: Best product to bullnose
You can actually bullnose by hand with a polisher...
I tend to just ease the arris on the tile edge and if polished then i polish as well...
Here's a vid on doing it with a polisher..

That is all i did with the travertine. Easy enough as long as you dont get heavy handed.
