    Default Hall/kitchen floor

    Did a bathroom for them few months back - got me in to do the floor.
    Decided I quite like tiling (floors that is)


    Floorboards screwed down and made rigid


    Old kitchen tiles scored and sugar soaped

    Setting out: needed to centralize the long corridor and have a grout line where old timber subfloor met old kitchen tiles for an expansion gap.

    Suger soap is a cleaning liquid for removing grease and other material from surfaces before decorating or tile on tile
