Default Honed Slate- Anything I need to know?

Got my first Honed Slate floor job next week.

Laying it onto Dittra Matting (going over half T&G, half concrete floor), using a Scluter movement joint, and Mapei Keraquick with Latex Plus (2 part flexi).

Just wondering if there is anything I need to be aware of when working with the stuff?
Anyone fitted it before?

Thanks

nothing much different from any other stone apart from make sure the sealer is for honed/polished stone.....dont know whether you know this but when using ditra.. you use appropriate adhesive for substrate to stick it down with.. then only use normal thin set adhesive to tile onto the matt...schluter do not advise using modified adhesives on ditra........dave.....

any info you need is in the schluter installation manual.........here's a link for you to download the manual.....dave...

Cheers for that Dave, do you mean just to use a single part flex adhesive on top of Dittra?
Martyn

Thanks for the link Dave, that's very useful. I'll have a read.
