Re: customers not all bad!
must be the week for it! I re-tiled a shower area today for a customer and discovered the shower controller had been leaking for quite sometime (terrible bodged DIY by the look of it!) as I've had work off them in the past I renewed the feeds and de mastic'ed the fittings and did them properly! (the whole thing was 'glued' together to try and stop obvious leaks!) but my point being I would have done that as good practice and courtesy anyway and lo and behold I found an extra 50 in the envelope tonight!...make's it all worthwhile when people appreciate your time and effort dunnit?!...
..I might even stop being so cynical...!
I saw a really really sad looking guy in a tow truck this morning..I thought 'He's heading for a breakdown'
