Default Worst tiling you have ever seen

Few months back the father in law got his kitchen and bathroom tiled (before i did my course). Anyway got a call this morning from him asking could i pop around as a few of his tiles are loose. Got there and i honestly could not believe my eyes, it was a disgrace. The tiles are covered in addy and grout, when i say covered i mean it is all over the place. The grout joints on the floor must be 10mm wide with some areas as small as 2mm and on the walls you can see spacers sticking out of the grout. Really you have to see it to believe it.

In law is disabled and a shy bloke, lives in a one bed flat on his own. He had paid this bloke up front for the work. First thing i wanted was the blokes number so i could rip the pi** takers head off but the father in law won't give me the number of who did it as he says "i don't want any trouble i just want it sorting out".
Going around next weekend to rip the lot up and start again, i will take some pics of it and post them on here, believe me you will be gob smacked!
