suppose to be starting a new bungalow, 20m2 of gulf stone in kitchen floor, then 4.5m2 on the walls. then onto the shower room, 21m2 with mosaic in the shower enclosure. then main bathroom. 24m2 of travertine. But Guess what The plasterer hadnt turned up last week so job on hold, plenty to do though in my new house and them little jobs you keep for a rainy day. its normally the PP thats hold things up (plasterer or plumbers) honestly its times like this that standing time should come in on a job(contract). i know we should all clearly state and write things down before we commence work but how many of us actually do, i mean payment time, etc.

I have an hour and a half drive each way for prob 5 days this wk.have 45m2 porcelain sitting in back of van for half six off in morning.could be up to another 60m2 to do there this wk.waitin on phone to ring this wk with nod on 3 houses and more along.was slack enough last wk due to kitchen delay on a job so spent most of wk in a pub.lol.workin though.repairing 10 year old tiling.time consuming work that.see a busy month or two ahead

got a 10m2 slate splashback on slate slips to start tomoz, not sure how long this will take tbh, got 2 bathrooms and a utility to drop onto back end of week, then off to Spain for a 3 day break
