is the customer happy with the tiling in their bathroom?
no liz customer isnt happy at all i have recommended that they get the tiler back in and discuss it as it will cost alot to replace (tiles were around £90.00 sqm)

did the family member have a yellow lab with a high viz harness?
sorry to deviate from the original post, but following on from that Doug, hubby is at home this week, block paving part of the front garden --- some guy selling block paving services asked if there was anything we would like block paving
Shocking, unforuneatly people do get away with this standard and it really gets my goat. I take great pride of making a good job and a lot of people just dont care but still seem to get the work
The plumber was also a cowboy, strangley he's gone to the trouble of using a quality McAlpline pan connector but he's tiled it in!
What happends if the toilet need to be taken out 5 years down the line? You will need to use the same pan connector otherwise it would mean talking floor tiles up, the pan connector should always be swapped as well.
I hate working in bathrooms that have been fitted by cowboys.
