    Hello,

    I accidentally spilled Clorox on my Travertine and left water marks.

    How can I remove them.

    Do you want to remove the travertine tiles or the 'water marks' - but I think that might be the same scenario!

    Travertine is Calcite & Calcium Carbonate and the chemical reaction from the bleach will have coloured your tiles - in this case possibly white.
    The bleach would have certainly removed the seal/polish on the surface and may well have lightened some of the mineral and organic matter that act as colouring agents in the stone.

    I would ask your tiler for his experience as to whether the tiles can be darkened to 'blend in' or whether he thinks they need to be removed.

    Post a picture if you feel it would help to show the extent of the marking.
