    Default pricing.

hi everyone, I have just looked at a job ive been asked to quote which is 3 town houses all the walls are dry lined and they want to tile directly on to tape and jointed boards, ive not priced many jobs on my own this size as Ive always worked for somebody and just got a wage so this is fairly new to me. I am trying to work out what is a fair meterage rate?

they will supply the porcelain tiles and i will supply addy and grout.

I know this is prob not the right place to have this conversation so if you can sent a reply to edhack@hotmail.co.uk I would be very gratefull thanks.

To be honest I have a pretty good Idea what the rates were but with the current financial climate the way it is I know rates would have prob tightened up a bit and the competition is also pretty fierce so just wanted to check I was on the same page as everyone else as we are all in a similar boat. Turns out that the Job is going to be labour only as they are going to supply everything which suits me as I dont have to outlay a load of money on materials. still going to do it on a meterage rate at a rate that seems pretty fair so cant grumble.
