Default i have a job to give away in borehamwood wd6

i have been to see a job today in borehamwood, its a little too far for me to be honest so i would like to give it to someone in the area.
i would be too expensive for the customer due to the traveling costs etc.

so, there is a 1.2m2 toilet floor,
a 16m2 apr. bathroom floors and walls
    and a 12m2 kitchen.

i have advised the customer on prep and tanking etc.
    and given a price!

but i would bow out gracefully if there is someone on here who would like the job and was closer, and can show skill!!!!

p.m me and i can pass on the details of the customer!
