    Default advice needed!

    got a 24sq mtr bathroom ,7sq mtr floor in couple of weeks ceramic for walls and porcelain for the floor he is putting a roll top bath in free standing on feet,i have to ply floor boards he has 12mm ply sheets already bought doesnt want anymore height is it thick enough to hold the weight of the bath on the tiles? i will screw 200mm centres and use mapie kerquick flexi addy will this be ok first time doing a roll top were the bath sits on top of the tiles used to tiling up to bath not under?

    if the floor is solid and well supported i would have no problem with tiling onto it , done a few bathrooms with free standing baths and have had no problems as of yet..

    same as andy p just make sure all tiles are layed solid bed and back skim/butter if needed.

    yep, i agree with andyp and spanishtiler all the way.
    should be perfect,
    as the spanishtiler says, make sure tiles hav a good even bed.
