Default sourcing a specific octagonal dot tile

i need to source an octagonal dot tile - the bathroom is tiled with matt white octagonal tiles (310mm square) with dark blue dot tiles (70mm square). A couple of the matt white tiles have broken and need replacing - any ideas where I can get these from (the owner has no idea where they were bought from).

No - but you could buy a larger matt white tile of similar appearance and cut it down to shape/size.

thanks for the reply - I'd thought of that, but the edges would be rather sharp

Not if you grout it correctly!
Tilers cut tiles every day of the week to 'fit'.
Will not be as sharp as the broken ones at present!
