hi jason mate... If the room is subject to damp then you will have to use a damp proof membrane on the walls to stop any transfering into the tiles/grout etc...
If the walls are dry then a normal tanking system will suffice... and then tile as noramal with frost resistant adhesives / grout and tiles...
If the walls are damp ,, then you will have to isolate this damp from transfering to the tiles etc.. but this a more difficult process as it can reduce the room size... there are various methods to use but a quick one is to screw aqua panels to the walls then tank the panels to prevent any damp penetrating through....but you can get away without tanking the panels if they are totaly impervious to water penetration..... good luck with your project.....dave...
