    Default london work?

    hi ive been talking 2 a few trades over the past few week and have been informed that there crying out for tilers, im struggling to get any leads so any help would be grateful. cheers .

    hi forgot 2 mention im living in yorkshire and im looking 4 work in london,willing to stay down there

    No problem mate, but remember theres planty of blokes out of work in London wanting the same job who live there! And you'd be hard pressed to get a bedsit for under 350 a week!

    it may be of some help, it may not.

    I too live in Yorkshire and have just rtn'd from working on the new Battersea Wharf London Heliport hotel on behalf of Professional Ceramics based in Hainault. There looking for tilers. You can find there contact details on the web. Ask for Ian, Brad or Clair,

    If you do get on the contract and you don't mind driving there are digs about 45mins away at debden house, ask for Margret and it should cost you £15 a night. The room is basic with a bed and sink, Telly with Sky tv.

    good info Baileyaltho I've heard that they're crying out for tilers in west yorkshire, (read it in a thread a couple of weeks ago)
