Yeah, i've got those, bloody expensive but really comfy. Also there's a knee cushion from the same designer for half the price. Personally i think you should invest in the best, you only get one pair of knees.

how good are these pads with regard to cutting and rubbing at the back of your knees.

I have,nt had any problem with the strap rubbing on the back of the knees like other knee pads Ive used over the years, The knee cushion looks a good idea may try that myself

Don't want to hijack this post but does anyone else get knackered big toe "knuckles" from kneeling? I find the skin on my big toe joints gets all tough and cracks and hurts from kneeling.

If not - don't worry it's just me - I'm a freak!

I wear steel toe caps but have never noticed any discomfort when kneeling or any skin issues Graces dad

I've used the Dickies one and the pads do move around alot.

I haven't had the same problem with my Snickers trousers - they are in a different league altogether (quality and price )

i have a pair of the dickies ones, i tried the built in knee pads. but they always end up in the wrong place unless you remember to hike up the trouser leg every time you kneel down....pointless. i get most of my work trousres from here

When I am hand polishing edges of floors I sometimes spend 2 0r 3 days on my knees. I wear snickers floorlayers with the expensive silver snickers kneepad inserts. They are brilliant. I used to wear the middle of the road pads also from snickers but their silver ones are better again. So what they cost about £85 total with the trousers. Cheap price for comfort all day long and intact knees.

Oh well its off to work for a day of polishing for me
