Help please!!!!!!
Hey everyone.... a quick question that i hope someone has a good answer too....
I have a bathroom to do where the bath is at the end of the room, and just infront of the bath is a big arch obviously from floor on left going over the top back to the floor on the right.
My question.... is not a problem tiling this arch way but is there a solution or such a beading that i can finish these tiles on the arch with????
ive never tried using a normal edging bead/trim over a bend, and dont think it would work over such a curve...
its tiled already and has rough exposed tile edges which looks unsightly and obviously i would like to avoid this...
Any ideas fellow tilers????

Re: Help please!!!!!!
You can put kerf cuts into the flat side of the tile trim and it will bend no probs...i have a nail gun and use small brads to track the trim in place...( plastic trims).
If it's a metal trim then schluter do bendable trims and a profiling machine.

Re: Help please!!!!!!
simply i cant mitre them as have nothing to mitre them to... only the faces of the arch can really be tiled unles i use mosaics on the under side of the arch. thats how im thinkin anyhow... but i kno customer doesnt want mosaics so can only suggest arch faces bein done...

Re: Help please!!!!!!
Just cut the existing tiles into smaller equal size's to cope with the inner curve.

Re: Help please!!!!!!
I use the schulter formables for car showrooms, they are not cheap though.

Re: Help please!!!!!!
You put kerf ( slits) into the back/flat side of the trim about an inch or so apart the trim will then loose rigidity and will bend very easily..
