Hi Helgra
When you say chemical enhanced concrete screed do you mean self compacting concrete or polymer modified screed. Is there a brand name - I have been in screeding for 15 years or so and have not come across the term chemical enhanced as such so not sure yet what you mean.

Re: underfloor heating
That is the process as described to me, I was told that the house must be air tight for the first two days, all doors and windows shut after that I can walk on it and open some windows, but I must do nothing for one week and not lay tiles for at least a month.

Re: underfloor heating
suggestion : Find out exactly what they are using
If you sub the tiling to someone and cannot tell them what it is and it turns out to be something out of the ordinary you will end up pickin up the peices whene there are issueslater on. Seen it too many times not to comment. Once you know what it is we can give some sensible advice.
