Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good random pattern for 6 tile sizes rather than the more standard 4 tile Opus Romano?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks theyomper.
Unfortunately they only have upto 5 tile patterns and I was hoping for 6. I guess I may have to rethink.

Something like this, then incorporate your own sizes...
Daltile Porcelain, Ceramic and Natural Stone Tiles and Slabs
Thanks Dave - but how do I add extra tiles of different sizes to an existing pattern, as all those patterns are made up of 4 tile sizes? Or am I missing something?

What size tiles do you have...?...in mm
450x450
450x300
450x150
300x300
300x150
150x150
It's one of those situations where the company sells a mixed box in the above sizes (1 of each but 2 of the 300x150) and it works out a lot more expensive to get the 4 sizes for the Opus Romano format. But their suggested layouts are far less pleasing.
So I was hoping to find an alternative but the more I think about it the more I come to the conclusion that it may not be possible!![]()

The only other alernative if you have pattern sheets is to random pattern it to your taste, but you have to be careful as you might run out of a certain size this way...thats why they sell them in packs to suit a particular pattern...
It will be a case of trial and error to see what looks and fits best...
Lay a good portion of the tiles out dry in a pattern you like..then photo it..
this give will you something to follow...ish..![]()
Thanks I'll give that a go.
I appreciate the help.
