The important thing to consider is that some polished porcelain needs sealing to prevent staining, especially in the grouting process.

porcelain tiles can be prone to staining as they have microscopic type pores which grab the dirt and thus make cleaning the tiles harder, so seal with a suitable porcelain impregnator.. before grouting ..lithofin do a good one...

Hi Bluemoon - Seal them before you grout and seal afterwards too. Doesn't hurt to do it twice

Fila polished porcelain impregnator,by you know who,but beware it takes 12 hrs to soak into highly polished tiles, before you can grout
