Welcome to the forum. We can't give prices in the public forum. How long do you think it will take you? The experienced lads will be in and out in three days tops Took me five to do similer but had a lot of prep work. Will this lead to further work, loads of factors to consider? builder might be looking for a cheap 'stick em' and run job or does he want a fully tanked job? Sorry I cant be of any more help but let us know how it goes. (and say hi in the new members bit)
