top tips guys.
received the dredded call this morning and explained that i was using a new product and can only appolgise that it hasn't worked correctly.
will be going round next wed to correct it and use ya advice.
they seem really understanding and even said they'd like me to do the bathroom floor soon!! maybe cause i'm so cheap
but got one last chance to get this right so will have to make sure i'm on top form.

There you go Pursedog................. every single situation you find yourself in can be turned around into your favour.... i can almost promise you that they reccomend you to everyone who ever mentions the word tile.......

Also mate if you are a bit concerned about being to cheap and what they may think..try this one.... tell them that the reason you are cheap is because you earn your BIG money from doing the large commercial jobs and that the domestic jobs you treat as just a wage between the big ones.. and you do all this because being a tiler is something you LOVE doing and it's not all about money to you, like you said you earn your real money on the big jobs.

Say all these sort of things in the right way and your male customers will wish they could be like you and all your female customers will just want to give you one
