Tiling to floor problem
Hello,
I plan to tile all the way to my floor, i've only the bottom row of tiles left to do but unsure whether the wall tiles should sit on top of my new floor tiles which i've still to lay or whether I should tile down to existing floor then lay my floor?????
Cheers
Ben

Re: Tiling to floor problem
Hi Ben, it's a personal choice, some would say they lay the floor first and some would say the wall first. Personally, I would lay the floor and have the bottom cut of the wall meet it, but kept a couple of mm's short for silcone.
Hope that helps.

Re: Tiling to floor problem
Yeah, I tile down the wall to a couple of mm from the floor tiles to have the expansion gap.
