    Default best way to square floor??

    hey guys. just looking for your advice on the best possible way of squaring a floor.

    my first floor is about 17mē and would like to know how you guys get it right!!

    the setting out is the most important issue here,get this spot on and you are laughing.

    Once you have done this,dry lay some tiles and see how they look ie. does it look straight..if it does then lay the first tile,which is usually a cut tile away from the wall..this is your key tile and mark lines to work to from this tile.This is what i do and i know others have different ways but it works for me.

    doing the kitchen and hall way. but they are being tile 2 seperate rooms!!

    whats your best tips!!

    ill get photos up when finished!!

    2 seperate rooms they don't continue through as one floor then?

    If so work from the center line first.this might change as the center can line up from a doorway or,the last kitchen i done i took the center from the cooker as that is the first item seen when entering the room and the square off that,french doors they where off center one inch so moved the center to suit

    hey guys. was going to do the 2 rooms seperate and put a mosaic style at the door way if you know what l mean.

    has any of you guys done anything like this???
