    Default What trowel?

Hi guys, i'm about to put up 490mm x 340mm x 9mm ceramic tiles on a wall, using mapei super flexible adhesive. Should i use a 6mm trowel at 45 degrees ie.- 3mm bed or should i use a thicker bed.
The substrates are plasterboard and plasterboard that has a plaster skim.
