Went In To A Kitchen Shop To Hand Some Cards In The Guy Says Hes Looking For A Tiler, But He Would Like To See Sum Of My Work Or References From Previous Employers As I Said Had Been Working For Afew Years When Only Really Done Two Jobs One Kitchen Floor And One Bathroom. Any Ideas As To How To Get Round This

SHOULD OF BEEN HONEST.. takes some photo's of family and friends b/rooms+kitchens and pass of as your work.... thats if the work is ok.. lol lol then just type refernces up yourself and give friends numbers as contact numbers just in case he rings them,, you will owe your mates a drink.. lol...

I'd say I was self employed and as others have said, take some pics of good work, and as long as you have the confidence to do the work to a good standard you shouldn't have a problem.
