    Talking Painting Floors

    Does anyone know whether you can paint over slate flooring? I want to get a light stone effect. Cheers.

    A....It will look crap.

    I usually like slate but on this floor it looks drab.

    A good clean and a change of grout colour will give it a new lease of life...

    Paint over slate NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo would be criminal like the guys have already said go see a good local tile retailer for a decent cleaning product and poss re grout.
