Default Advise please - removing silicon

Removing silicon from ceramic tiles what can I use to take it off without scraping the tiles?

I think you can buy silicon remover, try trade tiler web site, i think he sells it.

most diy outlets sell silicone eater, follow instructions on tube , this will do your job.. and yes trade tiler does sell it , but you will have to pay p&p so just use b&q or similar....

Depending on how thick the silicone is you can either use a Sharp stanley knife blade if the silicone is thick or HG Silicone Remover if a thin covering.

i cant remember the name of the tool but its like a big stanley blade with a handle, top drawer for taking silicone off a tile, and the blade wont scratch the tile if its gloss finished, a matt finish may cause different problems and id prob go with the HG Silicone remover.

try the silicone and acrilic remover that screwfix sell its about £4 (own make) its much better than the unibond stuff b&q sell at £8 a time
