Removal of stuck-on plasterboard
I have removed my old bathroom suite and all tiles from the (partly) tiled walls and am left with some damged plasterboard and some that has been partially skimmed (where there were no tiles) I'd appreciate any advice on the following:
How difficult will it be to remove the plasterboard that has been stuck to the external wall and once this has been done will removal of old adhesive be difficult? I need to stick the new plasterboard on as I won't have room (due to length of bath) for wooden batons. Walls to be tiled with 600 x 300 tiles (eventually!)

Re: Removal of stuck-on plasterboard
Hi Petrol22.
The plasterboard will pull / rip off ok, the remaining dot and dab adhesive will come off using a hammer and bolster chisel. It might be a touch on the hard side, but it will come off.
Hope that helps.

As above, the dabs of adhesive can be a pain to remove but worth it
