Re: gap around shower tray on floor
no go , wont bend. corner tray so shame really, how about the adhesive to fill the gap and then a grout covering

Re: gap around shower tray on floor
try some folding multi trim its quite bendy and will easily go around a 550 radius, window fitters use it for awkward angles etc (bathroom fitters use it for awkward jobs) lol.....attach it with glazing tape and silicon around the edges looks mint
oh the tray your on about sounds like an easy plumb tray without the legs on it, the bottom of the tray is 12mm lower than the sides so as the upstands have something to rest against. oh!! ask the customer if they had curved platic strips supplied with the tray they will snap under neath the lip, will have to be cut down tho'.
hope that helps

Re: gap around shower tray on floor
If tray is rectangle also try cutting 90' slot out at back of corner to give a mitre inside and under the tray. Works well with multi trim and other flexible 'boards'
