There would be too many tools to list really.
Obviously a cutter and spreading trowels, levels, nippers are high on the list.
When you get a list give Tradetiler.com Home a call and sort some great prices out with David. Its where the professionals go

Cheers SirRamic. Had a good look at that site.. Answered a few questions for me.. Another thing that is bugging me is setting up accounts with traders. . Not sure which angle to approach this from. Do I simply walk in and get a trade account or are there several complications I will encounter along the way???

You will be asked for proof of employment, references from other retailers and probably utility bills.
You may be able to set cash trade accounts up right away at certain places. Cash meaning you pay when you take your goods and not receive a bill for payment at the end of the month.

lol, good picture faithhealer.. Started tiling course a few months ago and just finished it . 10 x 3hr lessons at Mancat college. Was quite a basic course but I had a bit of tiling experience from years ago. Was thinking of doing a more advanced course soon to give me a bit more confidence and knowledge and i suppose its build myself up from there.. I've not got my head in the clouds and am quite aware we are in a recession and you can't learn tiling from a short course and its hard worketc etc etc.. I think you get out of life what you put into it and as a very determined and self-driven enthusiast i'm confident me and tiling are going to get on fine
