Just about to put down NMP on a new chipboard floor before Devi Mat ufh then quartz tiles. Do I need to prime the no more ply? If so, is diluted pva OK?

No, you shouldn't use any PVA where tiling is concerned. Either use APD or SBR diluted to the spec on the tin.

Cheers - I've got a container of Unibond plaster primer, didn't know if that would do the job
