Re: glass mosaic
Firstly your surfaces to be tiled have to be REALLY flat. Mosaic are unforgiving of poor prep. You will need to use an adhesive of the likes of Mapei Adesilex P10 or BAL Mosaic Fix, the Mapei probably being a little cheaper. Cutting the tiles may be a problem and I would suggest you invest in a good quality diamond cutting disc for your wet cutter, specific for glass. it is unlikely that you will be able to cut them very well on a dry cutter.

Re: glass mosaic
I have tried slight variants of consistency with my grout when grouting 10mm > 20mm mosaic chips ....the reason....I get small air pockets / bubbles here and there...maybe I am being too fast with the float ? ...I never see this with regular tiles....and my technique is to me as norm and also my consistency of the grout....so I have rightly or wrongly assumed it is to do with the dimensions of the mosaic chips......I am sure someone more experienced here will have the answer ?. (Its mixed by hand)
The point I am getting to is due to this I am extremely over vigilant when mosiac grouting....to eliminate these areas ......and the possibility of not having a full grout line in shower / wet areas......and getting max resistance prior to seal (stone).
My first mosaic went up quicker than I expected. A large wall panel ina a wet room..though never shown how to.....I lay the mosaic mat reverse over my grout float then offered it to the wall bottom first and pushed the remainder of the mat on with the float .....It worked for me then and has ever since.....Hard hat on !! have I been doin it wrong guys ? LOL
Its fun around sockets with small chips...extra careful markin out is necessary and offset the mats .....what cheezes me off is ......all this and then on inspection of the tile mats before application or after / but before grout.....I always find the odd chip stuck to the backer on th p**s ......stands out a mile so I pop these off and stick em back on central........the small details matter ! Yeh typical VIRGO !
Hope this helps ?

The 3mm mosaic comb makes your adhesive go far in comparison.
