Re: Tiling on Wall Panel
I know what your saying because the kitchen hes been built around the laminate but I would'nt expect the tiles to last with it being that thin. I would'nt touch it personally with a barge pole, It needs ripping off and redoing properly. It will cause you so many problems

I agree with whitebeam, and no amount of her begging just to get on with it are gonna make the tiles stay on any longer

Re: Tiling on Wall Panel
If you have to do it then get it in writing stipulating every fact of what could or will happen and that you`ve told them of the facts and that you are not accountable in anyway shape or form then get them to sign it,personally i`d walk but thats me.

Re: Tiling on Wall Panel
Use 6mm hardi.....leave it shy of the tile height( exposed area's)....then when you tile use a thicker trim and it will sit back to hide hardi backer and tile edge...
...thats the best option a part from ripping out..
