Re: advice please
I would just grout along the top of the tiles. Smooth the grout off at 45 degrees and it will look sweet.

Re: advice please
you could try cutting the profile edge of the back of the trims very carefully so you dont lose a finger
then rapid set it on? is it not possible to buy another box out your own pocket and remove last row and reset with trim this will leave you and the job feeling a whole lot better for the sake of 20 or 30 squid?

unfortunately the walls where well out so the gap at the back of the tiles varies considerably

Re: advice please
If the wall is really out as you say I would probably just grout the top of the tile but finish the grout at an angle so it looks more pleasing to the eye.

this wont affect you ripping the top row off wil it? i would remove the top row if possible of course and re tile usin trim,,,the only tile i really looks ok bare edged is stone not into silicone or grout finishes on ceramics etc but just my opinion...doing it this way will leave you feelin youve done a good job and the custome happy,if it was my home i wouldnt want bare finishes on waist height tiling

Re: advice please
Topps do a trim for floors that sits between two tiled floors. It may work, but the addy hold on the trim will not be the best. Grout / silicone finish may be best way to go if you dont want to carefully remove the top row as Kilty suggests
