Laser cut mosaic floor tiles

Hia,

Just wondered if anyone has any advice about laying laser cut mosaic floor tiles?

I've worked with glass and ceramic mosaic with a meshed backing before but from looking on the internet they look like they come with a template.

Any tips would be much appreciated

Never heard of laser cut mosaic, would think your'll have plenty of small pieces if it's possible to even fix
