    Default recommended knee pads

    I receently brought some snickers knee pads, the duratwill ones, not the foam ones. Just wondering what other people think of knee pads, which ones they would reccommend, used, or even not recommend??

    got a few pairs such as Nailers,Platinum and Rubi.Prefer the nailers tbh.

    got a few pairs dont like them i use the alpro knee cusion made by a german doctor you can buy it from tradetiler i prefer it to knee pads more comfortable!

    use heavy duty black rubber ones with leather straps used to be called miners kneepads you use to be able to get them from acro but they stopped selling them so if anyone could help find these very much obliged

    Have a pair of same with snickers floor layers trousers
    Would not use anything else

    have bosch pants and use their inserts, never used anything anywhere near as comfortable in 28 years

    Im with Garretridge here. Already had two knee opps on my right knee. Wouldnt be tiling if it wasnt for these.

    to be honest Liz, the damage was done to mine before I even started work! Tore my first cartilage age 12, doctor wouldn't believe me till I was 21. Went in for exploratory on the "egg" that had grown on my knee and found out that meniscus was torn through in 3 different places!, The rest,as they say, is history

    tried several pairs over the years did not like any of them really until i bought some from screwfi3 for my son borrowed em of him one day and loved em so bought my own jsp gel there called about £15.00

    Hi,
    I tried lots as i`m a carpenter too. Best ones i`ve found are the Gel pads from Scewfix, about £14. Adjustable double straps and soft outer casing.
