I finished my first job about a month ago now and it was a bathroom floor to ceiling 22m2 and it took me ages, i did remove the sink and toilet a couple of times so customer could use every night though. Took about 10 days. I was really happy with it after though.

I couldn't have done that in five days. I did a job 45ms, lines and border carrying on through two areas, and floor carrying through both areas, took me 10 days. though i did have a couple of half days.

3 days for a standard bathroom is about right. Assuming everything is ready to go when you arrive....

That seems like a lot of work to get through in 5 days.

I took about 6 days to tile a complete wetroom, mind you it was my first, and I didn't rush it.

As others have said, quality over quantity. Apart from the bother I had with the cheap tiles the customer provided, I came in on the time I allowed for the job.

it takes me around 4 days for a 24 sq mtr bathroom and i do bathroom refurbs so its bloody quick as the rest of the guys say quality not quantity its your reputation on the line. The customer dosent remember how quick you were just how good the finish is after all remember he has to live with it!

I think to be fair it depends alot on tile size, state of the walls and floor, if you have a helper, tanking etc etc. Ive done a full bathroom in a day, 25m2, walls and floors (not grouted) and done a smaller one in near 5 days. Just depends on the job.

I would still book a working week for a bathroom but aim to lay the odd floor or a splashback somewhere!

for me an average bathroom can be any where from two day up to two and half but as we have all said it can depend on all sorts of things, walls, cuts, fixtures and fittings tiles adhesive, helpers and all the other bits that can affect your speed ect.
