What tile allowance do you give for the cutting and breaking of tiles during an installation? DIY or pro'.

I was told 10% mate but i say 15% for natural due to things like variation in colour and thickness. what about you?

Minimum 10%. If they are natural stone tiles then I'd perhaps opt to get more too just in case!
