    Default stripping a terracotta floor?

My pal has had a terracotta floor laid in his kitchen but the tiler sealed it with hg golv satin polish (4 coats) without impregnating. Now my pal is starting to get grease stains in the polish. He's asked my to fix it but not had much dealing with terracotta before.Any of you lads know which product is best to strip off wax ,then impregnate the floor then seal, also how long will this take? Cheers for any advice.
