    hi guys. im in need of advice. im stripping of old tiles from plasterboard. its a sodding nighmare. the plasterboard is coming with the tiles. is the a trick or tool i dont know about to help me get the old tiles off without having to plaster the wall? thanks guys.

    Sometimes, with Plasterboard, it's easier to remove the board and replace with new. You can over-skim with rapid set, if the damage isn't too bad, but i'm not 100% sure where you have to draw the line (something i've been meaning to ask on here for a while, so i'll be interested to see other replies too)!?!

    the answer is definately strip the board as well and re board.It will take you a lot less time and effort.The saving of time makes up for materials cost

    cheers guys. not the reply i wanted though. time isnt an issue. im not busy, more the exspence as its for the girlfriend in her kitchen just to give me a job for the day. would have to take the cupboards off the wall and everything else, arrghhhh. thanks for the replys though.sple
