Anyone elese able to answer this one
I have already started to put them down stopped a light refreshment. Some stray addy, in some of the joints there is stray addy but not seeping above the level of the tile is that ok or should the joints be perfectly clean please don't say yes. Also where I have stopped and scarped up the excess addy from the ply. I have wiped up the floor with a sponge and gave a light hover to lift any loose stuff is it Ok to just start tilling again on that are or do I have to reseal it with sealer? when if first sealed it I gave it 3 coats.
Cheers Kenny

Re: Anyone elese able to answer this one
Try and keep joints as clean as possible but almost impossible to heve perfectly clean joints.
What adhesive are you using to have primed the boards ? And what primer? Most manufacturers state to prime only edges and back of ply.

Re: Anyone elese able to answer this one
The Primer makes a waterproof seal, so, as long as it had dried, it'll be fine. I think Grumpy meant the Bal Adhesive... Bal usually recommend priming back and sides of ply, not face. I can't see Priming the face as well, causing a problem, but that's a question for one of the more experienced guys.

Sir Ramic even....
Priming the face will slow down the setting time of the adhesive. BAL must say don't prime for a reason but not sure why!

Re: Anyone elese able to answer this one
Personally i wouldn't ever prime the face of ply, as advised by the adhesive manufactures instructions.
Should you re-prime? If it had dried properly then you shouldn't have a problem by not re-priming however as I don't prime the face of ply then I cannot say for sure.
I fully agree with grumpygrouter that it slows down the drying/setting time of the adhesive.
