    Default contacting rubi

    hi all,im wonderin if anyone has contact details for rubi in uk regarding a spare part i need? my wet cutter nd18o bl the screws had gone soft n rusty so cdnt open the crap collecter to empty it,,was on a job yesterday and had forgotten my screwdrivers i had no option but to smash the back of the collecter as it was jammed wi rubbish hence now i need a new bit to fit on. any i dont get it surely they could design it with better partsd has anyone else had this issue wi the screw going soft n rusted so they wont turn or just me? i wipe my cutters down but clearly they get wet daily.

    replace with stainless screws m8 , that rubi should have used in the first place..........

    thanks for your replys,im gonna try rubi 1st as im wantin the part foc as my personal opinion on it is that is hsould have had s/steel screws from the start,,i know its the basic line model but its still 100 quid for the machine i dont expect it to have defaults like this after 7 months to be honest

    same on my nd 200 , screws rust, and you have to use molegrips to get em undone ,how much are a couple of stainless screws?? rubi??
