    Domestic kitchen and landing but the customer wants something very classy and expensive..

    A domestic will not be that big a traffic, marble just needs a bit more care in cleaning and maintenance

    So whats the best marble to buy - honed or polished or tumbled ? and what maintenance is needed?

    also whats the best porcelain to compare this with?

    To me marble seems a bit classier and can be re-ground and polished.Porceline?You can't polish it and isn't it a bit tilee.

    Marble looks the best once laid and diamond polished.
